I’m not sure what happened with the sizing, but the fit was way off. I ordered my usual size and it still felt completely wrong, like make it make sense. Definitely not what I was expecting

"Packed really well"
I’ll be honest, after I paid I started feeling a little unsure and wondered if everything would actually arrive okay. But the box showed up safe and was packed really well, no dents or damage at all.

"not much to choose from"
i checked out corvettestoreonline hoping to grab a few parts and accessories for my car. the selection was limited, and a lot of the stuff i expected to find just wasn’t there. maybe it’s fine if you only need something basic, but for me it felt like a bit of a waste of time, so i ended up looking on other sites instead

"Pretty much exactly what I hoped for"
Everything showed up the way it was supposed to, with the right parts and no weird mix-ups. I don’t know, it just felt really good to open the order and not have to deal with any hassle. Definitely happy with it.

"Description was actually accurate"
I ordered a part for my Corvette and, i was a little skeptical because I’ve been burned before by parts not matching the photos or description. This one showed up exactly like they said it would. The fit and color were right, and there weren’t any annoying surprises. I’m still a bit cautious ordering stuff online these days, but this experience was solid.

"Helpful staff and the right parts"
I ordered a few parts and had a couple of fitment questions before I checked out. What I appreciated was that they actually paid attention to my exact year and didn’t just give me a vague “yeah, that should work” answer. Little stuff like that matters, especially when one wrong bracket or connector can turn into a headache. Shipping was okay — not lightning fast, but it arrived fine and everything in the box was what I expected. Giving 4 stars because the help was solid and the parts were right.

"Pretty decent replies"
The replies were fine overall, nothing amazing but they got the job done. I didn’t have any major issues with the communication. Then suddenly I was like, okay, why is this actually better than I expected? So yeah, overall, it was okay.

"Not sure I’d fully trust them"
The site looks decent enough, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable placing an order. Some of the info felt a bit thin, and I ended up having to double-check things myself. It also gave me a slight vibe that they might be more focused on making the sale than actually helping customers. Maybe they’re perfectly fine, but trust-wise, it didn’t really do it for me.

"Warranty help made me lose trust"
Once I paid, it felt like they didn’t care anymore. I reached out for warranty help and the support was slow, unclear, and not very helpful. I kept getting passed around to different people without any real answers, which was super frustrating. Definitely left me feeling distrustful after the sale.

"Decent Experience, But I Had to Push on Pricing"
I ordered a couple of small parts for my Corvette, and the site was easy to use. Shipping was okay, not exactly fast, but not terrible either. My main issue was the pricing. A few items seemed fair, but after I placed the order, I found some of the same parts cheaper elsewhere, which was frustrating. I reached out about it because it felt worth raising, but I didn’t really get the kind of resolution I was hoping for. Overall, the store isn’t bad, but I’d definitely recommend comparing prices before checking out. I probably won’t buy again unless I’m sure they’re actually the better deal

"Coupon codes are kind of hit or miss"
I tested a handful of coupon codes for Corvette Store Online, only one of them actually went through. The discount wasn’t anything crazy, but hey, saving a little is still better than nothing. A couple of the codes looked like they should’ve been current, but then they just failed at checkout, which was annoying. The site itself is fine overall, I just wish the coupons were a bit more dependable.

I’m still waiting on my refund and I’ve already emailed them twice about it. The replies I did get felt dismissive, like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. Really frustrating when all I’m asking for is an update on my money.

The parts showed up just fine and everything looked good. No issues there. The installation guidance was a little thin, though. Not much detail. I ended up figuring it out after doing some searching, but for a first timer, a few more pictures and clearer steps would’ve helped a lot
